Shake Shack Burger (First Food Review) Three words: a must have

I decided to create my first-ever  ”food review” about my favorite burger of all time which was SHAKE SHACK BURGER. The first time that I’ve heard of this phenomenal burger was when I was watching food network. Fortunately, it was located at Madison Square Park, New York, NY about 40 minutes away from Long Island, NY, where I lived. So I told my mom that we should go to the city and try this so-called awesome burger. At first, I was a little bit cynical and skeptical about it because I’ve tried numerous burgers in New York and I’ve never been “wowed” or amazed.
So one day, my mom and I hopped onto a train to New York City and we walked about 20 minutes to reach Madison Square Park, at that time I was famished, I really wanted to take a bite out of that burger. We arrived at Shake Shack at about 12:30 pm and we were astounded by the seemingly endless line that greeted us. That’s when I realized that maybe this burger was really delicious because of these people. We waited for an hour and a half in line and it was finally our turn, my mom and I both ordered their doubleShackBurger Meal (Cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce). I also ordered their cheese fries (topped with their Shack Cheddar and American Cheese Sauce) and Concrete Junglewhich is vanilla custard with fudge sauce, bananas and peanut butter sauce.
We even had trouble finding seats because there were fewer seats compared to their customers that time. Alas, we were able to find our spot and I finally took a bite out of that ShackBurger and I can only say these words: it was extremely delectable and flavorful. It was the best burger that I’ve ever tasted in my life without sarcasm. The burger was succulent and once I took a bite on it, I can’t stop eating. It was YUMMYLICIOUS.  I finally found a burger that I will be willing to wait in line for. I was extremely satisfied but at the same time regretful because I wish I could’ve ordered for one or two more burgers. If it wasn’t for the long line, I would definitely be grabbing one to take home with me. Then, for dessert I consumed their concrete jungle, I might sound repetitive but I’ll say it again…it was yummylicious. How can you go wrong with the Concrete Jungle Shake? it contains peanut butter and bananas, my two favorite things. Up to this day, I have never tried a shake as delicious as this. It is pure happiness trapped into a single cup that you can simply devour with a spoon. The best part of the Shake was the bottom part, when you get a taste of every flavor and ingredient incorporated into this shake. YUM, YUM!!!! Even the fries were delicious and crispy. It was simple yet irresistible.
The prices were not that expensive compared to other restaurants or fast-food chains that I’ve been in. It is cheap, especially if you put into consideration the quality of the burger. I know waiting in line for hours might sound heart wrenching, but I promise you that once you get your burger, you’re going to be in heaven. Shake Shack also offers various burgers, hotdogs, and shakes that you’ll definitely love. SHAKE SHACK BURGER is A MUST HAVE. So if you are around New York, or will be traveling soon, please include Shake Shack as a part of your journey.

The Food Enthusiast

Hi, my name is Eunice!
You’ll come across this site probably because you’re searching and googling words such as “food”, “how to cook ____”, “top restaurants”, “food reviews”…just to name a few..but chances are you’re just like me and we share the same passion….which is…FOOD and EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.
Who am I?
Well, the name of this site and the title above says it all…
I’m a FOOD ENTHUSIAST.
Some earthlings might be interested in fashion, celebrities, gossips, popularity etc. but I’m quite different. I enjoy cooking, from exploring my pantry for ingredients to traveling to different places just to try varieties of food. My mom and I would always eat at restaurants during her off from work, mostly traveling from an hour or so, just to reach our destination. For us, distance didn’t really matter as long as we get a bite from our fave dish.
Overall, my family is also a food addict. We would always find ourselves stuffed and bloated every meal due to our extreme fondness towards food. Just to summarize it all, I grew up in an environment where food has been instrumental on bringing my family together especially on the holidays.  So that’s why, I would like to share my food experiences to you and maybe YOU could accompany me on exploring and discovering aesthetically pleasing foods. Obviously, this is my first post for this blog but I would be sharing/posting different food reviews, recipes and maybe some “how to cook” videos.
I’ll leave you with two of my favorite food quotes by Dorothy Day and Monica Bellucci:
“Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul.”
“When I eat with my friends and family, it is a moment of real pleasure, when I really enjoy my life.”
